When we say we're different, we mean it. We understand. We care. We get results.
We're good listeners. We know what it's like to have been in a car accident and to deal with ICBC, doctors, and car repair shops. So tell us about it. A car accident can be traumatic and overwhelming. That's why we're here to help. It won't cost you anything to meet with us. In fact, you don't have to pay us anything until your case is completed. And in the unlikely event that we do not recover any money from ICBC on your behalf, you don't have to pay us anything.
Our first priority is to get to know you so that we can work towards a solution that's right for you. It matters to us that you both get well and receive a fair settlement from ICBC. Getting to know each other
To provide you with the best possible legal advice we need to understand a bit about your background, concerns and priorities. We want to obtain results that meet your needs and as such can't use the same approach for every client. Meeting with you and discussing your individual circumstances will enable us to develop a case plan that is right for you.
We'd like to meet with you in person. Come into our Vancouver office (we're part of the Commercial Drive community) or our Richmond office. If you're too injured to make the trip, we'll come to the hospital or your home. Don't delay in getting legal advice. Even if you've already talked to ICBC and tried to negotiate your own settlement, we can help. It's never too late to make an appointment with us. What you can expect from us
You can expect three important things from us - advocacy, help, and legal advice.
We'll be your advocates. That means we'll be your representative and handle the case for you. You don't have to talk to ICBC any more, or to other people involved in the accident. We're here to help you. We'll do all the work necessary to investigate your case. We'll talk to ICBC, your employer, your doctor, and witnesses to the accident. We'll also collect documents that are important to your case, like police reports, hospital records, and medical reports. We'll help answer your questions. We'll explain what's happening in terms of your case including the law, the procedures, and the reason why we're taking a particular course of action. We'll keep you informed about important things along the way. If you have questions you just have to ask. We'll return your calls as soon as possible and give you the feedback you need. We're an enthusiastic and friendly group. And most importantly, we are passionate about ensuring that every one of our clients feels that their individual case is our top priority. What we expect from you
We'll take care of the legal work. You take care of yourself.
The most important thing is for you to get better. We want you to follow your doctor's advice, keep in touch with your employer if you're off work and keep notes about your symptoms, diminished activity and general recovery. If there are other things we need from you or things you can do to assist in the preparation of your case, we'll let you know right away. |
